Born in the Northern Territory and now based in Melbourne, I am a graduate of the University of New England
and the University of Queensland. Having majored in writing my interests lie mostly in editing and publishing,
creative writing, non-fiction writing, and social media marketing, with a passion for effective and efficient
communication skills.
My studies focused mostly on different forms of writing, children’s literature and media, sociology, and
analytical or editorial skills.
I am a passionate writer and avid reader with a strong work ethic and persistent nature. I currently work as a
marketing assistant.

An in-depth proposal for a survey research project over two assignments. This first part focused on the literary review and background research, while the second part involved developing the actual survey and questionnaire. It was written for SOCY341.

This short story depicts the breakup between the two main characters through creative writing. It was written for the unit ENCO304 with the intention of focusing on point-of-view, description and story structure.
A short, 150-word piece written for the unit ENCO102, designed to focus on storytelling techniques and structure. This story outlines a short, non-fictional scene set in Sydney between the narrator and her mother in a creative style.
This reflection was developed for the unit SOCY336 at the University of New England. It was designed to be a more creative take on a typical reflection and focused on the subject of gay marriage and how this issue is perceived by children.
Written for the unit ENCO310, this story was designed as part of a book proposal for a children’s picture book. This story depicts a young girl and her grandmother, and the differences and similarities between the two different time periods, focusing on the fact that overall love still remains the same.
